Pembroke Heights

Background

Pembroke Heights is a major residential development overlooking Lake Wānaka in New Zealand. As the development progressed, the project team needed a stormwater solution that would support sustainable growth while protecting the surrounding environment and meeting site-specific drainage requirements.
