Sand‑Cycle® is a remote monitoring and control solution designed to improve the performance of continuous moving bed sand filters, reduce operational cost and make day‑to‑day operations easier.

By using RFID tags mixed into the filter media, Sand‑Cycle® tracks sand circulation as a direct indicator of filter health and performance. This data is processed through robust algorithms and presented via a secure online dashboard, giving operators clear insight into what is happening on site – without the need to be there.

Continuous sand circulation monitoring allows operators to:

  • Optimise sand circulation rates to improve pollutant removal efficiency
  • Identify developing issues, such as partial blockages
  • Intervene earlier and restore normal operation before compliance is put at risk
